We strive to deliver your orders and services as promptly as possible. Please note that the delivery times we provide are approximate. Once the order is placed the sample will be delivered within 4 business days and actual delivery may take up to 12-15 days, from the date of order placed, once payment is received. 

Shipping and Handling

• We use trusted third-party courier and postal services to deliver your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by these external services.
• Rest assured, we will securely package your order in rigid packaging to ensure it arrives safely. If your package is damaged during transit, please note the damage upon delivery and sign for it as "damaged."
