Quality Guarantee & Customer Support

Our production team performs thorough quality checks on every strip of wallpaper to ensure that only perfect products leave our studio. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality, and we will not send anything out unless we’re 100% confident it’s right for you.

If There’s a Problem with Your Wallpaper:

If you experience any defect or damage issues with your wallpaper, please contact our friendly team immediately. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. To help us assist you more efficiently, we may ask for photos of the wallpaper in question. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for a courier to collect the wallpaper.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement wallpaper via next-day delivery.

Important:

  • Please notify us of any issues on the date of arrival of receiving your wallpaper to qualify for a replacement. [Please note: Replacements are done only when there is any kind of damage or defect only.
  • Important Note: Sample order will not eligible for replacement.
  • Our wallpapers are made to measure, tailored to your unique wall. As a result, no two are the same, and we cannot accept returns for reasons like a change of plan or colour choice, as the product cannot be reused.

Installation & Third-Party Installers

We recommend you take great care when installing your wallpaper, or if you hire someone to assist with the installation. Please note:

  • We do not cover third-party installation fees or take responsibility for installation errors.
  • The product must be inspected for any defects before any third-party installer is hired, as we cannot accept cancellation or installation fees if the wallpaper is found to be unsuitable after installation.
  • While we can help connect you with local installers in Delhi NCR, they are not part of our team and are not covered under our scope of work.
